Josh and
Melissa Jamison
were saved
at 19 years old in 1990, immediately after getting saved they met and
two months later were married.
God began to birth a deep hunger and
thirst for the move of the Holy Spirit in their lives. They were eager
to do anything needed at their home church in Paradise, California.
From cleaning bathrooms, to Youth Pastoring they wanted to be used by
God in any capacity available. They were Youth Pastors, Children's
Education Directors and Melissa was the church secretary for 3 years.
In 1994,
God spoke to them about being a part of bringing revival to the nations.
They then stepped down from these ministries to focus on a deeper
personal walk with the Lord. During this time an unquenchable thirst for
Revival came.
In 1997,
they moved to Fort Worth, Texas to attend Jerry Savelle's Bible
Institute and School of World Evangelism, for 2 years. God continued to
stir them up for more of Him. Josh went on the mission field to Honduras
in 1999 where he saw many miracles take place including deaf ears open.
In 1999,
Josh and Melissa and their two children, Joshua and Caleb spent a month
on the mission field in Suriname, South America where a desire to reach
the untouched people groups of the world was birthed in all of them.
Upon returning to the states they moved back to California where they
thought they would start their own ministry. God had other plans.
